Designing for the dark: a calm, focused UI

Dark mode is everywhere, and most of it is exhausting — pure black, harsh contrast, and neon that screams instead of glows.
Calm is a design constraint
We start from a near-black canvas, layer translucent glass for depth, and reserve a single electric accent for the moments that matter. Restraint is what makes it feel premium.
Glow should feel like light leaking from the product — never like a sticker pasted on top.
The result is an interface you can stare at for eight hours without fatigue, that still feels alive the moment you touch it.
